At Carbon Fiber 500, all designs are unique to each vehicle and created from a blank canvas. We are not limited to a specific make, model or year. We don’t stop at street vehicles either. Our facilities can accommodate race teams as well. Our designs are available for any car from any vehicle manufacturer.

Our prototyping process starts with the actual vehicle for which we will design aerodynamic components. A template is created from the same vehicle, to ensure a proper fit, and then we base our designs to accent and complement the original vehicle design inspired by current trends. These current trends are inspired by the latest motor racing vehicles varying from different series across the world. We welcome the customer‘s input in the design stage of this process.

We don’t believe that form and function should be mutually exclusive. We want to enhance the aerodynamic performance of your vehicle while still maintaining the elegance and style that drew you to it in the first place. Our experience is reflected in the quality of the fit, finish, durability and performance of our Carbon Fiber components. All of our pieces are finished in high gloss automotive grade clear coat to protect it from the elements and to enhance its appearance. Our philosophy is simple.
